If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please use the info on our “Contact Us” page if you are experiencing any problems.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Marine Life Merchandise is made to order. Because of this, we do not offer any type of buyer’s remorse refunds. The only products for returns that we can accept are those with defects. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please include a photo showing any defects. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 days after the estimated delivery date.
